- Levels
  - Infinite or fixed number of levels?
  - Different number of levels for different page types (conceptual area, software category, vendor, etc.)
- How to deal with synonyms or similar concepts (e.g. "conference room technology" vs. "audiovisual technology" vs. "videoconferencing" vs. "meeting room technology", etc.)
